Returns & Refund Policy

At On Trend Wardrobes, we aim to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Be in a resaleable condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened
  • Items that have been installed or partially installed

Items showing signs of handling, damage, or attempted installation

 

Return Costs

All returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns must be arranged using a suitable courier or pallet service. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damage
  • The packaging

Where possible, we will arrange a replacement part or component within 5 working days. For made-to-order items such as doors, replacements may take up to 14 days.

 

Warranty

All products are supplied with a 6-month usage warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Misuse or improper handling
 
Product Care

All wardrobes are supplied with a matching touch-up aerosol to allow minor marks or wear to be corrected over time.

Important Information

We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery before opening. Once packaging has been opened or installation has begun, the item is considered accepted.

Bespoke or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
